Download the archive
Grab TengriOnline_Client.zip from the link below. It's a single file — no separate patches to download.

Extract to an empty folder
Extract it to a short path with no special characters, such as C:\TengriOnline. Avoid the Desktop or Program Files — they cause permission issues.

Add an antivirus exception
Game clients use packed executables, so antivirus software can raise false alarms. Add the game folder to your exclusion list.

Run the launcher as administrator
Right-click the launcher in the folder and choose 'Run as administrator'. The launcher verifies the required files and starts the game.

Log in with your account
Log in with the username and password you registered on the site. Pick Tengri from the server list and create your character.

The most common issues and how to fix them.
This is usually a permissions issue. Move the game folder out of Program Files, right-click the launcher and choose 'Run as administrator'. Add an exception for the game folder in Windows Defender.
First check the server status panel on the home page to confirm the server is online. If it is, allow connections to 78.135.66.83 in your firewall. Some corporate and mobile networks block game ports; try a different network if you can.
Update your graphics driver and try launching the game in windowed mode. Older DirectX versions can cause trouble; make sure the DirectX 9 runtime is installed.
Fixed in client version 1.0.2. Run the launcher once and make sure the update downloads; if the problem persists, download the archive again and extract it to a clean folder.
It's a false positive. Add the antivirus exception before downloading, then download the archive again. If the deleted file doesn't come back, do a clean install.
Lower shadow and effect quality in the in-game settings and reduce the character display limit in crowded areas. On laptops, switching the Windows power plan to 'High performance' makes a noticeable difference.
