Rules

1. General Principles

These rules apply to everyone who plays on Tengri Online. Our goal is a busy but fair server, and every rule serves that goal.

Any change to the rules is announced on the news page. A rule that hasn't been announced is not enforced.

2. Third-Party Programs

• Levelling bots (mBot, phBot, etc.) are allowed; however, using a bot to join events, uniques or Fortress War, or to harass other players, is prohibited. Packet editors, speed hacks and any program that modifies the game are strictly prohibited.
• The game client's built-in auto-attack and auto-potion features are allowed.
• Any tool that modifies game files or grants extra speed or range is prohibited.
• Detection relies on in-game behaviour analysis and server logs.

3. Multiple Accounts

• You are free to open more than one account.
• In job caravans and Fortress War, no more than three characters from the same IP can be active at the same time.
• Transferring job points or rewards to yourself through different accounts is prohibited.
• Events award one prize per person; collecting rewards with multiple accounts is grounds for cancellation.

4. Chat and Conduct

• Insults, racism, sexism and harassment are prohibited.
• Advertising and promoting other servers in global chat is not allowed.
• Spam, repeating the same message and shouting in capital letters are blocked.
• Names or behaviour impersonating staff members lead directly to penalties.

5. Trading and Account Security

• Buying, selling or transferring accounts is not supported; accounts lost this way will not be restored.
• The account owner is responsible for any loss resulting from account sharing.
• Selling in-game items for real money is not supported, and we take no part in any resulting fraud disputes.
• Staff members will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

6. Bug Exploitation

• Report any bugs you find through support; players who report bugs are rewarded.
• Using a bug to obtain items, gold or levels is prohibited.
• If exploitation is detected, the gains are removed and the account is suspended.
• If any of the gains were passed on to other players, those are removed as well.

7. Penalty Tiers

• First offence: 3-day suspension and removal of unfair gains.
• Second offence: 30-day suspension.
• Third offence: permanent account closure.
• Serious offences (account theft, fraud, attacks) lead to permanent closure on the first occurrence.

8. Right to Appeal

Every player who receives a penalty has the right to appeal. Open a ticket on the support page and explain your case.

Appeals are reviewed against server logs and the outcome is communicated in writing. Reviews take no longer than 7 days.
