• An irreversible hash of your password — your actual password is never stored anywhere.
• Your IP address and the time of registration.
• Your in-game character information (name, level, gold) and your silk balance.
• What you write in the form when you submit a support ticket.

2. Why Do We Collect It?

• To create your account and let you log in to the game.
• To verify your identity for password reset and account recovery requests.
• To enforce the multi-account and bot rules.
• To respond to your support tickets.
• To build server rankings and statistics.

3. Cookies

The site uses only a session cookie. It is created when you log in, is signed, and is set as HTTP-only, so no script in the browser can access its contents.

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. No tracking scripts (trackers) run on the site.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your data, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Only where a legal obligation arises, and upon a duly made request from the competent authorities, is the minimum necessary information shared.

5. Retention Period

• Account data is kept for as long as the account is active.
• If you request deletion of your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days.
• In-game character data is deleted together with the account.
• Support correspondence is kept for no more than 12 months after the ticket is closed.

6. Security Measures

• Passwords are never stored in plain text anywhere.
• The site session is carried in a signed cookie; no session is accepted without verifying its signature.
• The database is not directly exposed to the internet.
• Access to the administration panel is restricted to a limited number of team members.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction and to request its deletion.
