Terms of Use

The full set of terms you accept when you create your account, written in plain language rather than legalese.

1. Scope of the Service

Tengri Online is an independent community project operated by ERPIDE. The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

The server may be taken offline temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical necessity. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password with anyone.
All actions carried out through your account are attributed to you.
You must provide an accurate email address that you can access when registering; account recovery is carried out through this address.
Transferring, selling or renting an account is not supported.

3. Silk and Virtual Items

Silk and all in-game items are virtual items; they have no real-money value.
Silk is loaded onto your account with codes purchased from authorised e-pin sellers (MaxiCard, HipoCard); loaded silk is a virtual item and cannot be converted into real money.
Virtual items cannot be cashed out, refunded or transferred.
No compensation is paid for virtual assets on accounts suspended for rule violations.

4. Prohibited Use

Attempting any technical action that could harm the server or other players.
Using or distributing third-party automation programs.
Attempting to access another person’s account without permission.
Using the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The site design, texts and visual elements were created for this project and may not be copied without permission.

The Silkroad Online name, trademarks and game content belong to their respective rights holders. This project does not claim any official affiliation with those rights holders.

6. Limitation of Liability

No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

No financial compensation may be claimed for data loss, server outages or account closure.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Significant changes are announced on the news page.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
